Tonight we brought back our Campfire Nights program. This is a very cool and unique once a month program specifically for all inpatient kids at The Golisano Children’s Hospital. We take a small area of the Atrium and transform it into a campsite. Complete with tents, sleeping bags, little lanterns and even a faux fire pit and fire. Each night is a bit different with entertainment starting off and then wraps up with a musician playing camp fire songs that everyone can sing to. This evening we had long time supporter Gerard from Out of My Hands Juggling come in and make a performance. Of course each night has plenty of snacks and drinks available for the kids, of course including S’mores.
